Medical-Grade Vinyl
Proper cleaning and maintenance will preserve the appearance, hygiene, and service life of your medical vinyl upholstery. Clean spills and stains as soon as possible. Delayed cleaning may result in permanent staining or surface damage.
Routine Cleaning (Daily Care)
Recommended for regular maintenance and light soiling.
Instructions
- Apply a mild soap-and-warm water solution to a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth.
- Gently wipe the vinyl surface to remove dust and light dirt.
- Wipe the surface with a clean damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
- Dry thoroughly using a fresh, clean microfiber cloth.
Recommended Frequency : Daily or as required.
Heavy Cleaning
For stubborn dirt and heavy soiling, begin cleaning immediately after contamination occurs.
Instructions
- Moisten a clean, soft white cloth with Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner or Formula 409® All-Purpose Cleaner.
- Gently rub the affected area using light circular motions.
- Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water to remove cleaner residue.
- Dry completely with a clean microfiber cloth.
Spot Cleaning Guide
Permanent Marker & Ink
Instructions
- Mix equal parts rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) and water.
- Apply the solution to a clean microfiber cloth.
- Gently rub the stained area.Repeat if necessary.
- Finish with the Routine Cleaning procedure.
Chewing Gum
Permanent Marker & Ink
Instructions
- Carefully remove as much gum as possible.
- Apply a small amount of naphtha or kerosene to a microfiber cloth.
- Gently rub in circular motions.
- If necessary, apply ice to harden the gum before removal.
- Finish with the Routine Cleaning procedure.
Recommended Cleaning Products
- Mild soap and warm water
- Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner
- Formula 409® All-Purpose Cleaner
- Isopropyl (Rubbing) Alcohol
- Household Bleach (10% dilution only)
- Naphtha (for specific stain removal)
- Kerosene (for specific stain removal)

Laminate Surfaces
Laminate surfaces are designed for durability and easy maintenance. Regular cleaning and proper care will help preserve their appearance and extend their service life.
Routine Cleaning (Daily Care)
Recommended for regular maintenance and light soiling.
Instructions
- Prepare a solution of water and white vinegar.
- Apply the solution to a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth.
- Gently wipe the laminate surface to remove dust, fingerprints, and light dirt.
- Immediately dry the surface using a clean microfiber cloth.
Important: Do not allow liquids to remain on the surface or along panel joints, as prolonged moisture may cause staining or edge swelling.
Spot Cleaning Guide
For stubborn marks or localized stains.
Instructions
- Apply a mild soap-and-water solution or a non-abrasive glass cleaner (such as Windex®) to a clean microfiber cloth.
- Gently rub the affected area: In the direction of the grain, where applicable.
- Using light circular motions for solid-color laminates.
- Avoid excessive pressure to preserve the surface texture and finish.
- Wipe clean and dry the surface.
- If the mark remains, gently use a white vinyl eraser to remove the stain.
- Finish by following the Routine Cleaning procedure.

- Do not drag or slide heavy or sharp objects across the surface.
- Use coasters, placemats, or protective pads under beverages and decorative items to prevent moisture rings and scratches.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.

- Apply a small amount of a non-abrasive cleaner (such as Windex®, Formula 409®, or Fantastik®) to a clean, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth or paper towel.
- Gently wipe the surface, paying particular attention to areas requiring spot cleaning.
- Remove any cleaner residue using a clean, dry microfiber cloth or paper towel.
- Buff lightly if necessary to restore the original finish.

Spot Cleaning Guide
For stubborn marks or localized stains.
Instructions
- Apply a mild soap-and-water solution to a clean microfiber cloth.
- Gently rub the marked area from several different directions until the mark begins to disappear.
- Complete the Routine Cleaning procedure.
If the mark remains :
- Prepare a paste using 3 parts baking soda and 1 part water.
- Apply the paste directly to the affected area.
- Allow it to sit for approximately 5 minutes.
- Wipe away the paste with a clean paper towel.
- Finish by following the Routine Cleaning procedure.
Note :
Stubborn stains may require repeating this process.
